Family Resources

Nothing is more important than caring for your family. That’s why Memorial Hermann offers the following resources to help.

Wellthy provides personalized support to help you tackle the logistical and administrative tasks of caregiving. It is designed for anyone who is managing care for a loved one or for themselves – in any capacity, big or small.

Wellthy is available to support anyone in your circle of care – whether it’s you, your spouse, your children, your parents, your grandparents or even your next-door neighbor who’s just like family.

  • For your parents or in-laws: Wellthy can help with coordinating daily tasks (such as filling prescriptions and arranging transportation) or bigger projects (such as moving into a facility and end-of-life preparations).
  • For your children: Wellthy can help parents locate childcare options for before, during and after work. Care coordinators can evaluate and recommend babysitting resources and nanny agencies, find in-home childcare options and explore alternatives such as learning pods and nanny-sharing.
  • For you or someone you love: Whether it’s a new diagnosis or an ongoing condition, an accident, depression or addiction, Wellthy can help you and your loved ones find the right treatment or support. Wellthy also offers support in an emergency or when you need help with long-term care.

Get started!

When you contact Wellthy, you are paired with a care coordinator who can help you gather information, understand your options and make critical decisions about the logistics of care: finding treatment, figuring out payment options, arranging in-home support and more.

Visit wellthy.com/memorialhermann to set up your Wellthy account and call 877.588.3917 if you have any questions.
