Notify HR and your healthcare and supplemental insurance providers
Unless you are court ordered to keep your spouse on your healthcare coverage, notify HR Shared Services and your insurers within 30 calendar days of your divorce to have your spouse removed from your plans. You should also notify any insurers for supplemental coverage such as dependent life insurance.
