We know you love your job, but sometimes you need time away from work to care for yourself and others, celebrate and spend time with family and friends. That’s why we offer the following generous time off policies:
You start accruing PTO on your first day of employment.
Exempt Full-Time Employees |
Accrual Rate |
---|---|

160 hours/year (6.15 hours/pay period) |
10 to 19 years |
184 hours/year (7.08 hours/pay period) |
20+ years |
200 hours/year (7.69 hours/pay period) |
Non-Exempt Full-Time Employees |
Accrual Rate |
1st day to 2 years |
120 hours/year (4.62 hours/pay period) |
3 to 9 years |
136 hours/year (5.23 hours/pay period) |
10 to 19 years |
184 hours/year (7.08 hours/pay period) |
20+ years |
200 hours/year (7.69 hours/pay period) |
Note: Part-time employees must work 40 hours per pay period to accrue PTO. To calculate your accrual rate, divide the number of hours you work per pay period by 80. Then multiply that number by the full-time accrual rate.
Certain non-exempt positions accrue PTO at an exempt rate. Refer to the PTO policy on allHR > My Time Off for more information.
Full-time and part-time employees who change to supplemental status with at least one year of service will have PTO paid out upon status change, to a maximum of 240 hours.
