Other Things You Can Do

Visit allHR for details on how to:

  • Update Benefit Elections
    • In the event that your spouse is eligible for healthcare insurance with their own employer but chooses coverage under Memorial Hermann, you will be subject to the Spousal Surcharge.
    • If you and your new spouse both work for Memorial Hermann, the Spousal Surcharge will not apply.
    • If you do enroll your spouse in a Memorial Hermann medical plan, you and your spouse will be eligible for an Employee Health Credit, which provides a discount on premiums in the following fiscal year.
  • Add or Drop Coverage for a Dependent to Your Plan
    • Any new dependents added to the medical plans are subject to Memorial Hermann’s dependent audit. For more information on eligible dependents, visit the Eligibility page under My Benefits.
  • Benefits changes must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of the event.
  • Update your W-4 form.

Visit Workday to:

  • Make a Name Change.
  • Update Direct Deposit Information.
  • Update Your Memorial Hermann Personal Information.
